Beautiful Art deco hanging light fixture with reversed painted shade. The neutral, pale pink and blue colors of this shade certainly make it the centerpiece lighting of any room. The shade measures 16" diameter and 10" tall. The shade and the matching bracket are all original and in very good condition. Both shade and fixture are in excellent condition, the shade has no cracks or chips. Beautiful thick Venetian glass starfish shaped bowl. The base is lovely green and mid-bowl changes to a vibrant rose color and then once more the color changes to clear and the tips turn. Truly a beautiful example of free form Art Moderne, Art Deco. It measures 18 1/2" in diameter and is 8" tall. C. 1950.
